Preparation
For warm porridge, mix 3–4 heaped tablespoons with 100 ml of your favorite liquid and simmer over medium heat for about 3 minutes until creamy.
For overnight oats, mix the same amount and let it soak in the fridge overnight. Tip: Top with yogurt, fresh berries, or fruit.
